Existing retail hardware reprofiling setup

All existing Samsung hardware which ran the previous interactive Retail VR experience will need reprofiling to allow the Google Play Store access for you to download the new AR application. All devices will be automatically reprofiled on September 13, 2019.

Automatic reprofiling instructions:

  1. Ensure your device is connected to the internet via WiFi.
  2. Turn your device off and on again.
  3. On startup, follow the instructions on the screen to remove the ‘Knox’ profile currently on your device.
  4. You can now follow the app installation instructions and use the Google Play Store.
